What should I include with my RFQ?

Provide the product type or model, door or window application, opening method, key dimensions or profile drawing, finish, first-order quantity, annual forecast, packaging requirements and delivery destination.

Sample availability, cost, tooling requirements and expected preparation time depend on the selected product and level of customization. CHIER will confirm these items after reviewing the specification.

Response time depends on the completeness and technical complexity of the enquiry. After reviewing the submitted information, CHIER will confirm any missing inputs and the expected quotation or sample-review schedule.

A quotation can state the applicable Incoterm, currency, validity period, packaging basis and freight or delivery assumptions after the destination and preferred trade term are confirmed.
